Netherlands	€5,95 for standard returns FREE - in our store - for store credit - exchanges
EU	€10 for standard returns FREE - in our store - for store credit
Rest of Europe (not EU)	€20 for standard returns FREE - in our store - for store credit
Rest of World	Cost will depend on shipping company you will be using to return your item(s).

 

1. Go to our RETURNS CENTER to start your return request.
2. Print the return label and return form that you will receive by email after we have received your return request. 
3. Pack your items in the original packaging and do not forget the return form. 
4. Use the label you've received.
5. Make sure you save the shipment receipt.
