TAU goes ‘Mother City’

South Africa and specifically a city as spirited as ‘Mother City’, Cape Town’s local nickname, had to be our first destination to escape from the wet and freezing winter and gain some winter sun. The energy of 3.7 million inhabitants and relaxed outdoor culture are capable of giving you an instant feeling of home. As a matter of fact; TAU means lion in one of South Africa’s official languages: Sesotho. The beauty and symbolic meaning of TAU is our greatest inspiration and will always be part of our bigger picture.
You will find everything you need for a sunny holiday and the beautiful beaches, endless nature, amazing places and people will make it almost impossible to ever want to leave your sundowner and ‘braai’.
Photographer Adam Waldo and models Yunus Tuzkapan and Leon Nieuwoudt took some amazing shots in ‘Mother City’.

Not afraid of waves? Hit the water! Because surfing is one of the best things you could do here. Be sure of great breaks at Long Beach or Muizenberg whilst enjoying one of South Africa’s most recognisable beaches thanks to its rainbow-coloured beach shacks. Leave Llandudno and Dungeons near Hout Bay for the pros, unless you’re one of course. Last but not least, be sure to check out Blouberg with it’s beautiful Tafelberg scenery!

Love food, fashion, design and art? It all comes together in Woodstock, a great upcoming suburb in Cape Town. Whether you hit the weekly Neighbour Goods Market or The Palms Market for food, the awesome concept stores or the shops, cafes and restaurants in Bree, Kloof and Kloofnek street; you will have a great time in Woodstock, guaranteed!

We design quality wardrobe essentials to be worn in every climate, continent and culture. TAU – Any Time, Any Place.
